A good table is a mixed table. Different ages, backgrounds, bodies, budgets and stages of life. That mix is what makes the night work.

We don't means-test, ask for application forms or proof of hardship. A community seat isn't charity. It's buying dinner for a fellow human you just haven't met yet.
