Terms and Media Release | The Table by SoCo Collective

These apply to The Table and every SoCo Collective gathering. By booking a seat, you agree to them.

BOOKINGS AND REFUNDS

No refunds. We lock in food numbers with our caterers ahead of the night, so we can't refund seats once booked.
Pass it on. Can't make it? Give your seat to a friend. Email info@sococollective.com.au with their name and any dietary needs before bookings close.
Bookings close. Sunday 15 November at 11:59 pm, three days before the gathering.
Meal timing. Doors open at 6:30 pm. A light meal is served in a short window after arrival. We’ll email the exact schedule a week out.
What you pay. $33 per attending seat plus booking fee. Your contribution covers a shared meal and helps fund the next table. Optionally add $33 to gift one additional community seat per booking. For one attendee, that's $66 plus the booking fee. The itemised total is shown before payment.
Not eating? The seat price is the same. You can still enjoy the room, experienced facilitation and optional Get Unstuck session, and feed someone at the next table.
Changes. If we have to cancel or move the night, we'll offer you a seat at the next one or a refund.

We film and photograph our gatherings to document the pilot and share the story of what community can look like.

Booking does not ask about photography or filming. Tell a host on arrival or email us beforehand if you want to stay off camera.
Your choice, not your group's. Your choice covers only you. Other guests choose for themselves with the crew. Tell a host on arrival so the crew can honour each person's choice.
You can change your choice on the night or email info@sococollective.com.au beforehand. Our crew will keep people who have not granted permission out of shots and interviews.
We'll never use footage in a way that's misleading or unkind, and we won't name you without asking.
Changed your mind later? Email info@sococollective.com.au and we'll stop using images of you in anything new and remove what we reasonably can.
Bringing someone under 18? Their parent or guardian makes this choice for them.

No harassment, discrimination or aggressive behaviour. We may ask anyone who makes the room unsafe to leave, without a refund.
What people share in the room stays in the room. Please don't film or post others without their okay.
Drinks are bought at the bar and served responsibly by the venue.

We use your name, email and dietary notes to run the night and contact you about it. We don't sell or share them.
